Our Customer Survey results are in! And our survey says...
So, what do our customers really think of
us?
Our Customer's opinions are very important to us. Listed
below is a brief summary of the information our customers have fed
back to us from the Aftersales Questionnaires we give out once the
Kitchen/Bedroom is completed.
We found...
100% of which, would recommend us to friends or
family.
100% rated their 'Overall experience with the
company' as 8/10 or above, with 76% of our customers rating us as
10/10!
When asked 'What do we do best?', there were several answers as
listed below...
23% of our customers thought that our
communication was our best attribute.
17% thought it was our attention to detail at
the design stage which enhanced the experience.
31% credited us for our personal and reliable
service.
13% were impressed with the high standard of
our Tradesmen.
16% of our customers were so delighted
with our service from start to finish that they
couldn't identify just one specific trait and simply
exclaimed that we do 'Everything!' best.
Since 1998 we have worked hard to build our reputation
and a service level which is second to none and it doesn't stop
there.
- We are continually striving to meet the expectations of our
customers.
- We believe that every customer should be a happy customer.
- The service doesn't just finish when we have completed your
install, a family member will always be here to help and advise in
years to come.
Which is why over 82% of our customers choose us as their
Kitchen supplier because they had been recomended by a
friend/family member, the rest chose us for our competitive
pricing, quality of product and service.
At Academy of Design we are ecstatic to receive this feedback
from our customers and are proud of our reputation, one which we
continue to aspire to - and enjoy - for the foreseeable future.
This information was compiled in October 2010, up to this date
we had received 77 completed questionnaires, all of which are on
display and available for perusal in our Showroom.
