Founded in 1998 by George Greatorex and his wife Christine, The Academy of Design has established a fine reputation for designing and installing Kitchen & Bedroom Furniture in Mold and the surrounding area.

Previously, Commercial Manager for the original Schreiber Furniture Company, George has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the Kitchen & Bedroom Industry and enjoys a fine reputation with his suppliers, the majority of whom he has known for many years.

As residents of Mold, George & Christine understand the needs and expectations of their valued customers and pride themselves on the quality of the products they supply and the quality of the service they insist upon. With over 1500 satisfied customers, the testimonial letters proudly displayed in the showroom, provide the basis for the company’s continued success.

The company offer a specialist Installation Service, employing local time served Tradesmen, who genuinely pride themselves on the quality of the work they complete on behalf of the company. With a network of recommended tradesmen available, including plumbers, electricians and tile fixers, the Academy of Design can manage larger projects for a small management fee.
